Cancellation Policy

1) Low Season (May - Oct)

Confirmed booking cancelled or shortened within 10 working days of arrival will be subject to be a cancellation charge equivalent to one night. Cancellation within 5 working days or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge to customer.

 

2) High Season (Nov - Apr)

Confirmed booking cancelled or shortened within 30 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge to customer.

 

3) Peak Season (20 Dec - 11 Jan)

Confirmed booking cancelled or shortened within 45 working days of arrival or no-shows will be subject to 100% charge to customer.

 

In addition to above, cancellation after payment is subject to additional 400 Baht handling charge.
