Inside the Unit

The interior follows a Zen inspired design with clean lines and natural tones throughout. Building and Facilities

Residents at Baan Sansuk get access to a facility set built to resort standard:

• 230 metre seascape swimming pool stretching along the beachfront, one of the longest condominium pools in Hua Hin
• Fitness centre with direct sea views
• 24 hour security with controlled access
• Direct beachfront position on Khao Takiab beach

Location

Khao Takiab sits at the southern end of Hua Hin, roughly 10 minutes by car from the town centre. The immediate area around Baan Sansuk includes the Hyatt Regency next door, beachfront restaurants, local seafood spots at Khao Takiab village, and the Cicada and Tamarind night markets a short drive north. The beach in front of the complex is quieter than the central Hua Hin stretch, which suits families and long stay residents.
