Sea View Studio for Rent at Jamchuree Condo, Khao Takiab Hua Hin | 200m to Beach

Why Renters Choose Jamchuree Condo

Jamchuree Condo is one of the most established residences in Khao Takiab and remains a top choice among foreign long stay renters. The location explains most of its popularity: the beach is a 2 to 3 minute walk away, and Hua Hin town centre sits 7 km up the road, close enough for daily errands but far from the tourist noise.

The building is well maintained and offers facilities that few studios at this price point can match:

• 3 communal swimming pools
• Fitness gym
• Reception with on site management
• 24 hour security

Inside the Unit

The 45 sqm layout is larger than a typical Hua Hin studio, giving space for a proper living area alongside the sleeping zone. The unit was recently renovated and comes fully furnished, with air conditioning in every room and a pantry style kitchen for light cooking. From the window, you get an open sea view with the mountains of Khao Takiab framing the coastline.

Location: Khao Takiab, Hua Hin South

Khao Takiab is the southern beach district of Hua Hin, known for its quieter shoreline, seafood restaurants, and the temple hill at the end of the bay. From the condo, you can walk to the beach, local markets, and dining spots without needing a car. The 7 km ride into Hua Hin town centre takes about 10 to 15 minutes by songthaew or motorbike.

This area suits retirees, remote workers, and winter escapers who want beach access without central Hua Hin prices.

Who This Studio Suits

• Single renters or couples wanting a renovated sea view unit near the beach
• Long stay visitors who benefit from the discounted 12 month rate
• Renters who value resort style facilities (3 pools, gym, security) at a studio budget

Note: internet is not included, and the building does not allow pets or smoking, so factor these into your decision before enquiring.
