Every property listed here comes with a swimming pool, either private or shared. Pool villas are concentrated around Soi 88, Thap Tai and Khao Tao, while condos closer to town offer communal pools at a lower price point. Foreigners can buy condo units freehold, and villa buyers typically hold the land on a long-term lease.
